It wasn't in a crowded tourist area but perfectly situated for easy access to all the places we wanted to visit. the hotel itself was in impeccable condition, and the highlight for me was the fantastic Onsen. It was definitely worth it just for that! the room was spacious, which was great for my partner and me as we had large bags filled with souvenirs that required constant repacking. the water closet was a pleasant surprise, with excellent water pressure and plenty of toiletries provided. the extra facilities on the 13th floor, like the relaxation room with massage chairs, vending machines, and a manga library, were a bonus. the staff was also incredibly helpful, from receiving our forwarded luggage to organizing a taxi for us on a rainy day.

I recently stayed at Dormy Inn in Kitahama for 5 nights and it was fantastic. The room was spacious and had everything we needed, including a fridge and electric kettle. The onsen and free soup in the evenings were wonderful amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel is conveniently located near public transport and many restaurants. The highlight for me was the free ramen served after 9:30pm - absolutely delicious!

I was pleased with this hotel's location. It's situated in a quiet neighbourhood, yet reasonably close to Osaka castle and just minutes away from the subway station. The service was outstanding; the housekeeping, laundry, and room amenities were all top-notch, and I found the staff incredibly helpful. I particularly enjoyed the sauna, hot spring bath, and public bath. The 24-hour reception, free Wi-Fi, and lift were also great features.

I recommend this venue to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

During my new year stay in this hotel, I was impressed with the complimentary breakfast and free late-night ramen. the location is perfect, just a few minutes walk to public transport and surrounded by convenience stores. It was great to have access to a washing machine too.

The location of Dormy Inn was perfect for exploring Osaka Castle and accessing the metro lines. The twin room we stayed in was clean, spacious, and the beds were extremely comfortable. We loved the onsen experience and found it to be very relaxing after a long day of walking. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. Additionally, the convenient nearby convenience stores and grocery store made our stay even more convenient.
