This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable and the attention to detail is impressive. The location in the center of Ortisei is perfect, nestled in the valley amongst greens just next to the river. The staff is friendly and the rooms have a lovely view of the mountains.

All was fine, nothing to complain about.

Our recent stay at Pra Palmer was absolutely fantastic. The modern technology and stylish design of the hotel were impressive. The rooms were spacious, bright, and had all the amenities we needed. The location on the slope provided stunning views. The breakfast, prepared with top-quality food, was absolutely delicious. We also appreciated the electric car charger available for use. The hosts, Alexander and Carolina, were incredibly helpful and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. we highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is perfectly located in the town center, making it convenient to access all the restaurants and gondolas. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well organized. The breakfast is absolutely delicious, with fresh pastries and juices. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. Guests also receive free tickets to a nearby swimming pool. The hotel facilities are well-maintained and feel brand new. it is a fantastic place to stay with excellent service and amenities.

The hotel lacks a fitness center, which could be a downside for those looking to exercise during their stay.

Great location in the city center, close to all lifts. the breakfast was amazing, with a good variety of food. the room was clean and spacious, which was great because we had a lot of luggage. the staff was very friendly and they gave us some good hiking tips.

The hotel was a bit expensive compared to other options in the area.
