The staff at Generator were very helpful and accommodating, even when I accidentally left my charger in the common area. They immediately retrieved it and returned it to me. The location was also perfect for exploring the city. Overall I enjoyed my stay at Generator.

The hotel was great value for money, with really affordable prices and a location that was slightly out of the central tourist areas. Despite being located in a cuestionable area, I felt safe and it was really convenient to have the Termini train station really close by. The staff were really attentive and the rooms were great, especially those with private bathrooms.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location next to the JR Hakata Station, and the friendly staff. The room was comfortable and clean, and the hotel had great facilities such as a gym, laundry facilities, and an outdoor seating area. The location was extremely convenient, being very near to the JR station, which made it easy to explore the city. The breakfast buffet included with our stay was also wonderful.

The hotel also had free internet access and good heating. We enjoyed breakfast every morning, which was more than adequate.
