The staff at Generator were very helpful and accommodating, even when I accidentally left my charger in the common area. They immediately retrieved it and returned it to me. The location was also perfect for exploring the city. Overall I enjoyed my stay at Generator.

The hotel was great value for money, with really affordable prices and a location that was slightly out of the central tourist areas. Despite being located in a cuestionable area, I felt safe and it was really convenient to have the Termini train station really close by. The staff were really attentive and the rooms were great, especially those with private bathrooms.

We had a lovely romantic escape and enjoyed our stay. The complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi were great additions. The hotel was conveniently located near public transportation and restaurants. We also appreciated the peaceful and cozy atmosphere.

We could hear constant humming from the air conditioning system which kept us up at night. we found it difficult to sleep on the uncomfortable mattress.
