I loved the room's unique features, especially the Toto bidet, which was a delightful surprise. The staff, especially Jennifer, were exceptionally helpful during a stressful time when my wife fell ill.

we had a great stay at henn na hotel! the location is perfect, just a short walk to the theaters. the staff at the front desk were super nice and accommodating. also, the comfy beds and stunning view of the chrysler building made our stay even better. plus, we enjoyed the wifi day pass to planet fitness gym!

henn na hotel was super cool! loved all the tech stuff like the lg styler closet, it kept my clothes fresh after long days of walkin around nyc. the location is really awesome, close to all the big touristy spots and lots of food places. also, shoutout to the staff, especially jennifer for being so nice and helpful. the room was clean and comfy, the bed was the best part for sure!

But honestly, my room could've used a bit more closet space—guess they expected me to hang my socks too! The walls felt like paper. I had a "live concert" next door!

Spent 6 nights in a Deluxe Double Room, where the pillows and bed provided the most comfortable sleep. The bathroom was well-maintained and the overall cleanliness was impressive. Perfectly situated near subway access and a variety of restaurants, we discovered some tasty street food options nearby. On the downside, noise from the hallway was noticeable, and the elevator access to upper floors could be improved. Yet, the hotel’s inviting atmosphere and friendly staff made our stay enjoyable.

i really enjoyed my stay here since the room was clean and spacious, and it was just a brisk walk away from central park and times square, making it super easy to explore those iconic spots during my weekend adventures.
