my recent stay at a hotel in New York was amazing. the location was perfect, just a block away from the train station and a short walk from Times Square. the staff was friendly and helpful, even providing new toothbrushes when we forgot ours. they also gave us free passes to a nearby gym. we loved the breakfast shop next door. it was a hidden gem in the big city. thank you!

The location of the hotel was great since it was in the heart of the city and offered easy access to many restaurants, stores and sights. It was also easy to get to the airport after checking out. The rooms were spacious, and the toilet was a fantastic bonus. The room was equipped with a small fridge and safe box for convenience.

The room was spacious with a king-size bed, big bathroom, and a well-equipped shower. the toilet even had a heating feature! There was plenty of space for our luggage and a convenient place to hang our coats. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city between 7th and 8th avenues. We could easily walk to Times Square and explore all the attractions Manhattan has to offer.

The heating system was noisy and kept us up at night, and we couldn't control the temperature. Although the staff mentioned that these were the last two rooms needing updates, it was still a bit inconvenient.

I loved staying here! It's so near to everything, including several subway lines. The bagel shop downstairs is perfect for breakfast. The service is amazing, including the housekeeping and the friendly staff who offer a welcome drink, happy hour, and ironing facilities. The room was well equipped with heating and air conditioning, and free toiletries were provided. Additionally, the dining options were excellent, and the leisure facilities were fantastic with plenty of Wi-Fi and a great TV room.

The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious, allowing for a relaxing stay. the tech enhancements, like the clothes fresher and heated toilet seat, added a touch of luxury. the hotel's location was perfect, with everything we needed in close proximity, including a great breakfast spot downstairs.

The cleaning service was lazy and we had to clean ourselves most days. we experienced a robbery and although they offered compensation, it wasn't helpful since we needed a prescription to replace the stolen medication.

Excellent location within walking distance to many attractions and a delicious breakfast place nearby. the hotel had comfortable and modern rooms with a convenient in-room fridge and a bidet. a free pass to the gym across the street was a plus.

Some aspects of the hotel were not satisfactory. the room was noisy due to a large gap between the door and the hallway, making it colder and disrupting our rest.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and modern design of our room. The location was convenient for sightseeing and transportation. we enjoyed our stay at Henn Na Hotel.
