Great location, helpful staff, and comfortable stay. During our stay at Genova, we had a little mix up with the booking but the staff immediately upgraded us to a spacious suite. The room was clean and comfortable, with a comfy bed for a good night's sleep. The hotel's location was very convenient, close to Termini station and within walking distance to the Colosseum. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was also excellent, providing a good start to the day. Although there was some noise from the busy road, it didn't detract from our overall comfortable and pleasant stay at Genova. I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed at Hotel Genova for a few days and had a wonderful time. The location was perfect, close to the train station and major sights. The breakfast hall had a pancake machine that my son absolutely loved, along with a great selection of food. The beds were comfy, and the room was clean and well-equipped. The staff, especially Antony, were excellent and provided helpful advice and maps. The shower and roof hot tub were fantastic amenities. a superb experience.

The location of the hotel was superb! We were just a short 3-minute walk from the train station, making it really convenient for us to explore the city. We loved that it was only a 15-minute walk to the Colliseum and a 20-minute walk to the Trevi Fountain. The neighborhood felt very safe. Also, the breakfast selections were amazing, with a great variety of protein options like eggs, yogurt, meat. The staff at the hotel were top-notch and made our stay even more enjoyable. we had a fantastic time and would definitely return here for future trips.

Had a great Xmas stay near the main train station - perfect if you're coming from the airport. Loved that the hotel offered a free device for internet and calls, so useful for getting around. the breakfast was tasty and offered a good selection of food.

And, the street noise wasn't entirely blocked out, so bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper. a decent stay but could have been better.
