I also appreciated the quick response from the hotel when there was an issue with the air conditioning in our room. my experience at Giolli Nazionale was excellent and I plan on staying there again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay in a central location close to all the popular attractions, including the train station. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the modern bathroom with all necessary amenities, including soap and shampoo, and fast wifi. The USB outlets were a great touch, and we appreciated the helpful service providing restaurant reservations and printing tickets.

The noise from neighboring rooms was distracting at times.

We were disappointed with the breakfast options as they served a fruit drink instead of real fruit juice, and the cups provided were thin plastic ones. Additionally, there was quite a bit of noise from the waterworks in the adjoining room early in the morning.
