We loved the gorgeous, clean facilities with wooden floors and a well-ventilated bathroom. The room stayed fresh, thanks to the quiet and clean AC unit. It was spacious enough to have a small sofa and coffee table, allowing us to eat in the room. The breakfast overseen by the same friendly staff member who checked us in was awesome! They continuously resupplied a delicious hot breakfast, including sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, biscuits with amazing gravy. The hotel's location was convenient, close to downtown and attractions, and nestled between two fields of lovely wildflowers.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The breakfast selections were amazing - they had eggs, sausage, biscuits & sausage gravy , waffles with lots of delicious toppings like Nutella, peanut butter, jelly. They also had a great variety of bread, bagels, pastries, yogurt, and fruit. The hotel itself appeared recently updated and was quite nice. I especially loved the covered porches with rocking chairs, perfect for relaxing. The staff was very nice and helpful, and the bathroom in my room was new, nice, and attractive. The location was also great - close enough to quickly reach all of the attractions in this city.

As foreign tourists, we loved the clean and spacious rooms with modern bathrooms. The wooden floors and well-ventilated bathroom kept the room fresh. The staff overseeing breakfast was attentive and continuously resupplied the delicious spread. The location was convenient for exploring Fredericksburg.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of town but still peaceful. The staff were friendly and provided great service. The rooms were spacious with two queen-sized beds and I loved the attention to detail with the basic amenities. Lastly, the breakfast was amazing with waffles included!

The hotel is conveniently located near the shopping areas and is only a short distance to the historic Main Street area. The rooms are comfortable and the front desk is accommodating with maps of the local area. The morning breakfast is well supplied and varied.
