The outdoor garden area is beautifully landscaped and offers a serene escape. Breakfast is varied. although sometimes the hot selection could be warmer.

I had a fantastic stay! The indoor pool was a perfect way to unwind, while the Christmas Eve dinner was simply exceptional. Just watch out for the hard beds! I would definitely return.

The indoor heated swimming pool provided a perfect way to relax after a long day of sightseeing.

The sound isolation in our Classic Double room was poor, making it difficult to sleep due to noise from the corridor and nearby events.

Communication could be clearer!!! A more robust WiFi connection is essential!!! The rooms feel oddly cramped!!! More information during check-in would enhance the experience!!! Room decor is quite dated!!!

It was just a suitable option for shopping in Assisi with value for money. They provided us with free bus tickets to get around, which was a nice surprise. Be sure to check out the shuttle service for easier trips to the center.

Had a great time with friends! Used the shuttle service to visit the historical center and enjoyed scenic trips to Porta Nuova and Giovanni Paolo II square. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The indoor pool was a nice perk, especially after exploring all day.
