We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right on the main road and close to all the best wineries in the area. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and everything worked smoothly. We particularly loved the outdoor communal space and fire pit, perfect for enjoying meals and relaxing. this hotel offered great value for our North Fork visit and we will definitely be back!

The location was perfect, with easy access to the city center, South Hamptons beaches, and restaurants. The staff, especially Duncan, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable and provided us with helpful recommendations. Highly recommend!

A hidden gem of a motel! the rooms were small but had everything we needed. Immaculately clean and well, decorated, with a well, curated basket of snacks available for purchase at a reasonable price. the continental breakfast was a step above the usual, with fruit cups, yogurt, hard, boiled eggs. the location was perfect, with breathtaking views just across the street and several beautiful vineyards within walking distance. the proprietor was friendly and gave great recommendations for local attractions.

The only downside was the bed, which wasn't very comfortable and the pillows were too stiff for my liking. the room could use an upgrade to better mattresses.

Room size decent, clean. Bathroom fine, big closet. Good winery location, 15min walk to village with shops, restaurants. Pet friendly. No pool, but outdoor space with table and chair for meals, fire pit. Great value. We'll return!
