The beach and pool area were beautiful and well-maintained. The beach offered stunning views and a perfect place for swimming. The pool was clean and had comfortable loungers. Additionally, the hotel's location was great - close to funicular access to the town and within walking distance of the famous Isola Bella.

Parking was a major issue. Despite being told that there was parking available, we were not able to reserve a space upon arrival.

I had a wonderful stay at Atlantis Bay - Vretreats in Taormina. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed and at ease. The decor throughout the hotel is absolutely stunning, creating a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. The lifeguards were attentive and friendly, always ready to assist.

Breakfast at the hotel was a delightful experience with plenty of delicious options for everyone. Although dinner and drinks at the bar were a bit expensive, they were still appetizing.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, with attention to every detail. The breakfast spread was excellent and the location was convenient, with a short walk to the cable car for exploring Taormina. We highly recommend this hotel for families with young children.

One of the best hotel properties I've been to in Italy and Europe. Stunning views and great rooms. The staff were super attentive and friendly. The location was perfect, with easy access to the cable car and the charming old town. The hotel restaurant served excellent meals, including fresh and delicious local seafood.

There was a train running through the hotel regularly, which could be a bit disruptive when trying to relax. The hotel's prices for amenities like water and tonic were quite high.

We recently had a memorable stay at a fantastic hotel. The staff, especially Melissa, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They addressed our concerns about privacy and upgraded us to a suite with a private pool. Additionally, they arranged for us to have two days of exclusive access to a closed beach for a more intimate experience. The hotel's service was truly five-star, and we can't thank Melissa enough. We will definitely be returning in the future. PS: The breakfast was amazing!
