At my go-to spot, staff shared a local food delivery number on my first stay. Perfect stay with Wi-Fi, Fitness center, Outdoor pool, Laundry, Business center. Coming back for Christmas!

Towneplace Suites provided a fantastic experience. the effervescent and knowledgeable clerk at the front desk was exceptional, making a lasting impression. the breakfast was consistently great, the location ideal for visiting family in Richlands, and the saltwater pool a nice touch. Overall, the staff was friendly and accommodating.

My recent stay at Towneplace Suites in Jacksonville was excellent. I was visiting family in Richlands for a few days and found the location to be ideal. the front desk clerk was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist. the breakfast options were fantastic most days, and the saltwater pool was a nice touch. Overall, the staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable.

This hotel is a great find! it's located in Marine Blvd which is a bustling part of town. Secondly, this hotel is offering real value for money with their great prices and attention to detail. Thirdly, the rooms with kitchenettes are perfect if you want to cook your meals. Lastly, the staff is fantastic and attentive to your needs.

All was perfect, nothing to improve here.

Located near the coast, this hotel is situated in a convenient location right off the highway. It is also in a residential neighborhood of Marine Blvd, which is the main drag in the area. The rooms have well-laid out bathrooms, excellent workspace, comfortable beds, and adjustable shelves in the closet. The hotel offers customer appreciation days with free snacks, and the front desk staff is personable, helpful in every way, and responsive to messages on the Marriott Bonvoy app.

The breakfast selection can be limited, and they may run out of food during peak hours.

The bed was super comfortable and the breakfast had many fresh options available. I loved the option to cook and use the grill. Unfortunately, the ice maker wasn't working during my stay, but overall I had a good experience. I would recommend this hotel.

The two bedroom suite was spacious, clean, and equipped with kitchen, dinner table, and living room. Good location with many stores, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby. Refreshing and clean pool with some lounge chairs. Comfortable bed, warm hospitality, and excellent room service.

Complementary cookies and coffee were a sweet touch and location is very convenient. the breakfast bar had a good variety of options.

The room was not properly cleaned and smelled musty. the staff seemed to be uninterested in addressing this issue.
