The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. During Christmas, we enjoyed the festive atmosphere with beautiful decorations and live music in the lobby. the staff was kind and welcoming, providing us with chocolates and mulled wine upon arrival. the breakfast offered a variety of options including fresh fruits and pastries.

The room was uncomfortably warm, with no air conditioning or fan, leading to a poor night's sleep. the bathroom was small, and the shower difficult to navigate with little space to move.
