the sheraton in milan was a pleasant surprise! after my previous disappointing stay in the city, i didn't have high expectations, but the hotel exceeded them all. the room was modern and cozy, the staff were friendly, and the facilities were splendid. i especially loved the free shuttle service to the city. highly recommend!

the staff were friendly and polite, especially the receptionist Maria who always made me feel welcome. the room was comfortable and clean, and I fell in love with the mirror in the bathroom. the hotel also offered a free shuttle service to the San Siro stadium, which was a nice touch. the breakfast area was lovely, perfect for enjoying a coffee or having a business meeting. it was a wonderful stay.

I loved the pool, despite the inconvenience of sharing it with the Juventus team for a day. Additionally, the option to use the bike service was fantastic, providing a great exercise opportunity when the pool was closed.
