We stayed at the Grand Hotel in Menaggio and it was an amazing experience. the property itself is absolutely gorgeous, situated right on the lakeside with stunning views. the location couldn't have been better, with easy access to the ferry to Verano, Bellagio, and other towns. the hotel also has a rare feature of a pool, which was a great bonus. the staff at the hotel were exceptional, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. From the friendly porter Rami to the helpful receptionist Tugay, they truly made us feel welcome. They even went as far as picking us up from another ferry station when we were stranded. the service at the hotel was top-notch, and they even helped arrange amazing lunch spots for us. the breakfast, though not outstanding, was still good with a variety of options. the Grand Hotel Menaggio provided great value for money, with its historical charm, excellent location, and friendly staff.

During my recent stay at the Grand Hotel in Menaggio, I was captivated by the hotel's majestic beauty. The breathtaking views of the lake and mountains from my room were simply unforgettable. The location, right next to the ferry Quay, made it extremely convenient for exploring the area. The staff, especially the concierge Aramis, were attentive and ready to assist with any needs. The hotel, with its grand old building and Italian villa charm, had a unique and nostalgic atmosphere that added to the overall experience. Despite a few minor drawbacks mentioned in other reviews, my stay at the Grand Hotel Menaggio was a truly delightful experience. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a memorable and picturesque getaway.

Had an amazing time during my Thanksgiving trip! Was delighted with the complimentary wine and cheese plate upon arrival, and the free breakfast buffet was a delicious start to my day. Location was key, with easy access to the lake and nearby restaurants. the view from my room was breathtaking!

The room decor was outdated and the bathroom could have used more lighting. Wi-Fi was intermittent and the staff didn't seem knowledgeable about local activities.

Great location, centrally located with easy access to ferry and attractions. Hotel offers stunning lake views, a pool with ample sunbeds, and excellent service at the on-site restaurant. Enjoyed a delicious breakfast and the option for a beautiful outdoor dining experience with live music.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the village, just a short walk away from the small harbour and town square. It is also right next to the ferry terminal, making it easy to explore other nearby towns and attractions. The hotel rooms offer a beautiful view of the lake, with some rooms even having a balcony. The staff is friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist guests with any needs. The hotel grounds are well-maintained, with a swimming pool overlooking the lake.

The table d'hote menu at the hotel's restaurant was overpriced and the service felt rushed, not allowing much time to enjoy the surroundings and food.

We stayed at this venue and we couldn't have asked for a better location – it was just next to the ferry pier. The view from our room was breathtaking, with snow-capped mountains rising majestically from the lake. The staff were very helpful and always available whenever we needed them. The room was fully equipped with everything we needed, even with soundproof windows which allowed us to sleep peacefully. The air conditioning, mini-bar, and in-room safe were great amenities to have. The terrace was perfect for relaxing with a drink while taking in the beautiful scenery outside.

Highly recommend this hotel for an amazing stay by the lake, with everything you could want in a luxury establishment.
