We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The bartender, Ryan, was wonderful, providing friendly and informative service. The hotel had a great location, within walking distance to Union Station and the World War 1 Museum. The room was very nice, clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We loved the layout of the room, which allowed for privacy while one person slept and the other watched TV.

Loved the artistic and historic charm of this place! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The beds were so comfortable and the linens smelled amazing. Plus, the shower was like a dream with its waterfall head and great pressure. Walking to dinner was a breeze too!

Parking was limited, but they do offer valet service. There were a few hiccups during check-in and with my breakfast voucher, but the staff handled it well.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, and my suite was spacious and comfortable. The cleanliness of the property was exceptional, and I was impressed by how well-maintained everything was. The location was fantastic, as it was very close to Amtrak and just a short distance from the Sprint Center where I attended a concert. The hotel also provided fantastic shower facilities, which added to the overall enjoyment of my stay.
