The location, convenient for travel. Nice pool and jacuzzi. Comfortable bed with balcony. Friendly and helpful staff.

There was nothing I didn't like.

We had a nice surprise as we arrived at this place. It was very clean and enjoyable to discover. The pizzas and main restaurant were delicious! The staff are amazing! My husband and I are not really "eat at 8pm people" and they opened the restaurant at 6:30 just for us. The service and food were lovely. The location is perfect for one night between Sicily and Rome. Decent and easy parking. That says a lot for Italy!

Celebrating New Year’s Eve at this hotel was amazing! the location is perfect, just a short drive from the highway exit and nestled in a picturesque area. We also appreciated the variety and quality of the food offered at the restaurant.

There were a couple of issues that detracted from our experience. the in-room safe was quite small and couldn't fit many items.

The location of the hotel near the highway exit is a major advantage for travelers looking for a convenient stopover. Being just off the autostrada, it offers easy access for those on a road trip. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with nice balconies and ensuite bathrooms. The staff is friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to provide excellent service. The complimentary breakfast is a fantastic bonus that adds value to the stay.

The view outside the bedroom windows is slightly spoiled by an untidy car park and swimming pool area.

Our stay at this hotel was great value for money. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice balcony and ensuite bathroom. The location was perfect for us, conveniently situated between Matera and Paestum. The staff, especially Dante the head waiter, were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The breakfast option could have been improved with fresher bread and pastries, as well as a better selection of coffee.

We had a pleasant surprise upon arriving at Grand Hotel Osman. The hotel was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. The highlight of our stay was the delicious food at Ristorante Il Danubio. The friendly and helpful staff, especially Dante, the head waiter, made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Our room was comfortable, with a nice balcony and a good-sized ensuite bathroom. Although we faced a few hiccups, such as a temporary closure of the swimming pool and noisy music in our room, the overall experience was enjoyable. We would definitely consider staying at this old-fashioned hotel again in the future.
