We got great value for our money at Grand Hotel Palace. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious with a fantastic shower. The hotel's location was perfect, close to tourist attractions and plenty of restaurants. The staff treated us incredibly well, providing helpful suggestions and going above and beyond to meet our needs.

The morning meal could have been improved with a wider selection of options.

The room was spacious and beautifully appointed, perfect for a romantic escape. the bathroom was fantastic, with clean lines and luxurious touches. the waiting staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. the breakfast choices were amazing, with a great selection to start the day. the location of the hotel was ideal, allowing us to easily explore the city on foot. Additionally, the concierge was very helpful, assisting us with arranging taxis and providing local recommendations.

The pillows provided were not comfortable, with square ones that English people may not be used to. the second pillow was also made of hard foam, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably.

Convenient location near Rome's main train station. Spacious, high-standard rooms cleaned twice daily. Close to subway station, though temporarily closed. Great balcony with beautiful city views. Friendly and helpful staff, particularly Vicky. a very good experience.

The staff at Grand Hotel Palace made our honeymoon extra special by surprising us with prosecco and cake in our room. The spacious balcony was perfect for breakfast and wine. The location was quiet yet close to major attractions. highly recommended!

We had an amazing time and the hotel was a big part of that! the room was so comfortable and stylishly decorated, we felt really pampered. the staff were wonderful, always going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. We loved the complementary drinks and snacks, which were a really nice touch, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. the location was perfect for exploring the city and we loved being able to walk to all the key attractions.

If we had to find something negative to say, it would be that the gym was a bit small and could have had more equipment. But to be honest, we spent so much time exploring the city that we didn't really have time for the gym anyway!

Upon arriving at this hotel, I was welcomed with exceptional service, making me feel special. the spa and wellness centre was the epitome of luxury with a serene atmosphere, offering a wide variety of exclusive amenities, including a sauna, swimming pool, jacuzzi, and full body massage services.

After waiting for 40 minutes to receive my order for lunch, I had to contact the hotel's front desk to follow up on my order, disrupting my relaxation time.
