We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of downtown and within walking distance of all the attractions. We enjoyed the convenience of being next to St Elmo's steakhouse and the convention center. The staff here were incredible - they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and special. They upgraded our room and even sent us champagne to celebrate our stay. The service was top-notch with room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping taking care of our every need. The amenities were excellent, with a beautiful restaurant and bar/lounge area, offering delicious food and special diet menus. The room itself was comfortable and stylish, with all the necessary amenities such as ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a refrigerator. We also appreciated the little touches like the welcome drink and the in-room breakfast. The hotel also had great leisure facilities, including a fitness center and a TV room for relaxation.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to meet our needs. They even remembered our preferred drinks and offered alternatives when choices were limited. The hotel facilities were stylish, modern, and well-maintained. The marble bathroom with a walk-in shower was a nice touch. The cleanliness of the room was outstanding, and the bed was extremely comfortable.

This hotel has a fantastic city vibe with easy access to a mall. The food is of high quality and they offer amazing in-room Illy coffee and espresso. The staff goes above and beyond and the hotel itself is stylish and modern. The marble bathrooms with walk-in showers are a luxurious touch. The bed is incredibly comfortable and there is an LED flat panel mounted on the wall. The bar and restaurant are neat, offering fancy craft cocktails and appetizers. the room and the hotel are beautiful, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

The rooms were lovely, spacious, and clean, with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. The staff were friendly and provided great service. The facilities and room advantages, such as the Illy coffee machines and Malin and Goetz accessories, added to the overall luxury feel of the stay.

The concierge, Alice, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The bar/restaurant area was fantastic, and Mary from Spoke and Steele made the best Americano. The location was also a big hit, with plenty of attractions within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel for a truly luxurious stay.

Friendly staff, unique menu, and convenient location near sports venues and government buildings. Spacious and clean rooms with large bathrooms. Comfortable beds and beautiful decor with a soft industrial and contemporary style. The front desk attendant was attentive and made our stay enjoyable. a great choice for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

I recently stayed at Le Meridien for a business trip. The 9th floor near the elevator was surprisingly quiet. The restaurant served an excellent breakfast, and the valet parking was top-notch, even delivering our luggage to our car upon checkout. I must mention the front desk attendant, Tim, who made our stay truly enjoyable with his attentive and caring attitude. The staff was great, the rooms were beautiful and clean, and we loved the hotel's lounge/bar. When I'm back in town, I will definitely stay again!

The design is definitely worth experiencing for yourself. Everything was considered, down to the fragrance in the lobby. The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was always helpful and friendly, with special shout-outs to Jay, the bartender, who went above and beyond, and Keith, the doorman. The location is perfect, within walking distance of everything, including a very large shopping mall. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Staff is exceptional, providing friendly and efficient service. Breakfast in the restaurant is excellent. Valet parking is top-notch, with luggage assistance. Bartender is great and accommodating. Proximity to convention center is convenient.

The hotel is in a great central location for exploring the area, with the added bonus of being close to a shopping mall. the staff were fantastic and always went the extra mile to make sure our stay was enjoyable. We especially appreciated the complimentary breakfast and how clean and well-maintained everything was.

The noise level from the hallway seeped into our room and made it difficult to sleep with conversations and water sounds audible. the atmosphere in the lobby lacked a pleasant smell, while some of the staff acted snooty towards us.
