I recently stayed at a hotel in a mountain resort and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the action, and the hotel had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, especially for skiing. The car park was conveniently located with direct access, and the staff took care of registering my number plate for the congestion charge. There were two bars, one inside and one outside, both offering great atmospheres and friendly service. I particularly enjoyed sitting by the fire pits outside with a glass of prosecco. The hotel had a cozy alpine ambiance with fur and antlers, creating a relaxing atmosphere to read during the day and enjoy some apres ski in the evening. The rooms, while a bit small and dated, were clean and comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. The ski room with lockers was small but functional, and the free shuttle bus to the lift was incredibly convenient with no waiting or set timetable. The overall service and location of the hotel made up for any shortcomings and I would definitely recommend it.

grand hotel royal e golf in courmayeur exceeded our expectations during our group visit. the upgraded room was lovely and the comfy bed made for a fantastic stay. the pool was hot and amazing, and the bar served great cocktails. the staff were friendly and the location was astonishing.

Large, clean room with plenty of space for toiletries. Great location in town center. Outdoor entertainment and bar with heating. Helpful staff, provided early check-in. Amazing breakfast with organic and diet options. Beautifully decorated, comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Spa with steam room, sauna, and heated pool. Hotel shuttle to lift. Can't wait to return!

The luxurious amenities at this hotel are top-notch. the spa and wellness center offered a range of relaxing treatments, including massages and facials. the indoor swimming pool was a great way to unwind after a long day of skiing, while the sauna and steam room added an extra level of relaxation. the sun terrace provided a stunning view of the surrounding mountains, making for a picturesque setting to bask in the sun.

The live entertainment at the hotel was lacking.

The pool shower was refreshingly cold, perfect for a post-swim cool down. The beautiful champagne bar was unfortunately out of our price range, but it looked incredible. The hotel had a peaceful atmosphere during the mid-week, allowing for a relaxing stay. The staff were extremely courteous and made our experience enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious, with a variety of organic options and special teas. The short walk to the lift station in the morning was a great way to start the day, and we appreciated the convenience of leaving our ski equipment there for a small fee.

Best Experience Ever! The hotel had a great view of the mountains! The staff were friendly and accommodating. Also, the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection of food and beverages. Additionally, the amenities were top-notch and there were many activities within the vicinity of the hotel.

The gym was too small, and the bathroom could do with some repair. It was disappointing that there was no kettle in the room. Finally, the hotel restaurant could improve the quality of its foor. Even though we had an amazing experience, it is important to consider these details to have a complete experience.

The hotel offered comfortable rooms with double doors to minimize noise from the corridors. the spa was clean and the staff were friendly. The pool area was fabulous, and it would be helpful if a shelving system was set up for guests' towels and slippers. The lounge area was also impressive, with attentive and professional staff. The check-in and check-out process was quick and easy.

The bathrooms could use an upgrade, as the showers did not have raised sides, leading to flooding of the bathroom floor. The shower curtains were also deemed unhygienic.

The restaurant had an excellent sommelier who chose the most delicious local wines. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and everything was delicious. The hotel also had great facilities, including an outdoor pool and a sauna.

That the gym was quite small.
