Convenient lobby amenities such as a coffee machine, filtered water, and accessible microwave add to the comfort. Breakfast options like Jimmy Dean sandwiches and almond milk were a pleasant surprise, and the outdoor seating was delightful.

I keep choosing this spot for my stays. Staff recommended great eats on my first visit. It suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, free parking, fitness center, and a pool. I love the amenities and I'm returning for Christmas.

Parking was plentiful, and the grab, and, go breakfast sandwiches were a great touch.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The lobby was modern and cozy, and the beds were very comfortable. We appreciated the fresh brewed coffee, hot chocolate, and tea available in the lobby 24/7. The mini fridge in the room was a nice touch, although there was no microwave or coffee maker.

The packaged granola bars, muffins, yogurt cups, and bananas were still a nice touch. we would definitely recommend this venue to friends thanks to its location, comfortable rooms, and welcoming lobby.

Our room had a beautiful view. The bed was so comfortable that we slept like babies! The breakfast may not have been extensive, but it was enough to fuel our day. Despite the minor inconvenience of the bathroom power kicking off, the quick response of the staff to fix the issue made us feel valued as guests. we highly recommend Avid for a comfortable stay.

Clean and modern room with blackout shades. Great location near subway, bar, gas station, and fast food. Breakfast was good and there was 24/7 access to coffee, hot chocolate, and tea. Outdoor pool, while small, was still nice. TV had excellent picture quality.

The hotel's location was convenient and in a good part of town. The beds were comfortable, and the room had a large TV and nice shower with hot water. The staff was friendly, and the choice of pillows were a plus. Despite the limited breakfast options, the fruit, granola bars, and bagels were a good start to the day.

The thin walls made it possible to hear other guests in adjacent rooms and the sound of the A/C unit was not very powerful.

The hotel was very clean and had a modern look to it. the location was perfect for us, close to our friends and my work. the hotel layout made it easy for our furry friend to go outside for potty breaks.

The breakfast offered was a little sparse, not much effort could be seen reflected in the same microwave sausage sandwiches being served every morning. Customer service was also lacking in some areas, with the bathroom power kicking off twice, and the staff seeming unsure how to fix it.
