Great location and very friendly staff. the room was spacious and comfortable. the breakfast and dinner menu had good options. the hotel offers on-site ski rental and lift ticket sales right out front – very convenient. the spa had a decent selection of treatments.

The room was noisy and quite cold with poor heating. the pool area was small and too crowded.

Fantastic location, right in the heart of Cortina. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options and the pastries were excellent. The hotel was clean and well-maintained. The staff is exceptional, especially Paolo and Tatiana at the concierge desk and Marco and Michela at reception. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Cortina.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of town, making it easy to explore and enjoy the activities in Cortina d'Ampezzo. It is close to shops and restaurants, providing plenty of options for entertainment and dining. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, offering a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring. The breakfast is delicious and offers a wide variety of options to start the day off right.

One downside is that the restaurant in the hotel can be a bit too big and lacks a cozy atmosphere for a romantic dinner.

This hotel provided an unforgettable luxurious stay. the amenities were exceptional, including the spa centre and indoor swimming pool. the room was equipped with exclusive features, such as a private sauna and a spa lounge. the location advantages were perfect for outdoor activities, with easy access to hiking trails and cycling tours. The restaurant served a wide variety of tasty dishes and the breakfast buffet was a great spread with different options to suit various tastes and activity levels. Cons: There was only one minor issue during our stay. Although the staff was friendly and attentive, the service at the bar/lounge area was rather slow. this did not affect our overall enjoyment of the hotel.

My recent stay at this hotel was a delightful experience. the staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. the reception staff were well-organized and welcoming, while the concierge provided us with valuable local knowledge. the bar staff crafted delicious drinks, and the restaurant staff were attentive. the recently refurbished rooms were beautifully presented and had fantastic views. the hotel's location near Cortina center was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. I must mention the helpfulness and efficiency of the receptionist and the excellent service provided by the concierge assistant.
