Room size misleading.

River Place Inn was a lovely choice for a stay with my 8-month-old baby. The staff was friendly and accommodating, swiftly addressing any issues. The Condo setup offered a cozy apartment feel with necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The location near attractions like Alcatraz East Crime Museum and Dollywood added to our family bonding experience. The outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers provided much-needed relaxation after exploring nearby landmarks.

My recent stay at this hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the housekeeping staff did a fantastic job; the room was spotless and felt fresh, with no issues leftover from the previous guests. the location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Pigeon Forge, within walking distance of great restaurants and attractions. I also felt safe and welcomed by the staff, who were friendly and accommodating.

While my overall experience was positive, there were a couple of areas where this hotel could improve. the Wi-Fi connection was a bit unreliable, and I struggled to get it to work properly.

During our stay, we had the pleasure of enjoying a dinner and a show at the nearby famous Dixie Stampede. The experience was like stepping into an old Western movie, with dazzling performances and delightful food that left us feeling like we were a part of the action.

Inefficient key card system.

The riverside room was picturesque, but the staff, especially Ruby, made it truly special. Would DEFINITELY come back. the room was even better in person!

The location of this hotel in Pigeon Forge was ideal, right by the Parkway and convenient for exploring the area. Although there were some issues with cleanliness and room amenities, the view of the river and ducks from the balcony added a charming touch to the stay.

We visited The Island and went on The Great Smoky Mountain Wheel, the views from up there were sick! Then we chilled by the river, fed the ducks, and watched the Island Show Fountains, it was lit! It's a dope spot for young peeps like us.

Just wish there was a cool hangout spot or game room at the hotel for some late-night fun with fellow party-goers.

The fact that they welcome pets, the cozy rooms, and its great location close to everything we wanted to check out were the highlights for us. The easy access to the grassy areas behind the rooms and the lovely view of geese by the river from our back door added to the pleasant stay. While the check-in process was a bit slow and the room had some minor cleanliness issues, overall, it was a pretty good stay for the price. 🐾

Embark on a gastronomic journey with J.T. Hannah's sizzlin' kitchen close by. The Red Rooster's cozy breakfast spot next door is a sweet treat. Pigeon Forge pampers you with flavors! The upgraded room offers a front-row seat to the creek's nightly show—perfect for stormy drama or city lights symphonies.

Room 216 served some surprises, like a rug with a nail-biting twist and a falling AC unit. And watch out for rowdy parking lot shenanigans—spot-stealers on the loose!

I always stay at this inn. The staff helped me find attractions on my first visit. It suits me perfectly and has Wi-Fi, on-site car park, a restaurant, and a fitness centre. I'm coming back for a holiday.
