The value for money was excellent, especially considering the spacious family room we had. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the reception staff in particular were very helpful. the breakfast provided good value, with fresh pastries every morning and delicious coffee. We also enjoyed the clean swimming pool and the Myrica SPA for a relaxing experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city. We were able to easily explore Florence and Pisa, as the train station was conveniently close by. The staff here were exceptional - always friendly and helpful. Riccardo, the barman, was a highlight of our stay with his wonderful service. The spacious room and connecting room option for the children were great bonuses. The hotel had all the amenities we needed, including a pool, spa, and fitness center. The restaurant served delicious food, and the waiters, Elvis and Tommaso, provided outstanding service. we were pleasantly surprised by the comfort and quality this hotel offered.

We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Ich hatte das Vergnügen, im Regiohotel Naturresort zu übernachten und es war eine großartige Erfahrung. Die Lage des Hotels war einfach wunderschön, umgeben von einer malerischen Außenanlage. Das Zimmer war sauber und modern eingerichtet und bot einen herrlichen Ausblick auf die umliegende Natur. Der Service des Personals war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und lecker. Grundsätzlich gab es eine tolle Bar mit kostenlosen Billard-, Dart- und Kicker-Möglichkeiten. Alles in allem eine fantastische Unterkunft!

During my Easter stay, I enjoyed the lovely pool and the delicious breakfasts at the hotel. the pool was a great place to cool off in the hot weather and relax in between sightseeing. the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, from pastries to hot dishes, and the location was perfect for exploring the town on foot.

The noise levels in the hotel were a bit of an issue, especially at night. the sound of other guests and kitchen noise could be heard clearly from our room.

Nice pool with sunbeds, tasty buffet breakfast, elegant dinner, excellent location near park and plaza, helpful staff. Space, time, comfort and old style friendliness. Central position for easy access to Florence, Pisa, and beach. Relaxed atmosphere in town. Very helpful staff, superbly run dining room. Value for money. His and her's bathrooms in comfort double room. Short walk to railway station for access to Pisa, Lucca & Florence.
