Some staff members need more training on customer service, and their attitudes could be improved.

The dinner at Rambling Vine Restaurant was delicious and the service was amazing. I also loved the spa treatments, especially the massage which left me feeling rejuvenated. I had a great time at the hotel. Even though some things could have been improved, I would definitely recommend it to others.

We enjoyed our weekend getaway to a lovely location with fantastic mountain views. the spa treatments were first-rate, and we savored the delicious food at the restaurant. We appreciated the complimentary rose petals and towel swans on the bed, as well as the comprehensive breakfast selection.

There were some noticeable drawbacks. We were placed in a noisy and crowded room, which lacked privacy.
