I had an absolutely amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location in a quiet area was perfect for a peaceful retreat. The service was top-notch, with room service, car hire, and dry cleaning all available for added convenience. The staff even provided a paid shuttle service and a welcome drink upon arrival.

I highly recommend this hotel to all my friends.

We stayed at a hotel located in a green area, close to the road to Etna, which provided a peaceful and scenic atmosphere. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a jacuzzi and a lovely view. The staff were professional and helpful, going above and beyond to assist with any issues that arose during our stay. Additionally, the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options to start the day.

There were some issues with the maintenance of certain facilities, such as the pool, which was closed for maintenance and in need of repair. Despite this, the overall experience at the hotel was still enjoyable.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Grand Hotel Villa Itria. The pool area was fantastic, with plenty of lounge chairs and beach towels available. The breakfast spread was excellent, offering a wide variety of hot dishes and fresh fruit. One evening, we decided to dine at the hotel's restaurant and were impressed with the buffet appetizer options, allowing us to try different local foods. The location of the hotel was also great, providing easy access to nearby attractions. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

It is worth mentioning that the pillows in our room were a bit too fluffy for our liking, causing some discomfort during sleep. Additionally, the bathroom had some issues with water splashing onto the floor while showering.

We had a pleasant stay at a conveniently located hotel. the staff at reception were professional and the chambermaids were polite. the rooms smelled nice and were a good size. We enjoyed a nice selection at breakfast and appreciated the upgrade to a Superior room. the bar staff made delicious cocktails while we waited for our room. the overall atmosphere was relaxing, especially by the pool area.
