We had a fantastic stay at this lovely and comfortable hotel. the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, and the location was perfect for exploring the city by foot. the rooms had been recently renovated and were equipped with excellent air conditioning and WiFi. the breakfast options were delicious, with a variety of Italian cakes, pastries, and even hot dishes like eggs, bacon, and grilled vegetables. the parking service was well-organized and convenient. our experience at this grand hotel was wonderful and we highly recommend it.

Had a wonderful Easter getaway! the hotel exceeded my expectations with its beautiful interiors and friendly staff. the location was perfect, with easy access to all the main attractions, restaurants, and shops. Loved the delicious breakfast and the iconic piano bar where we enjoyed colorful cocktails. the surprise turn down service was a delightful touch.

Although we had a great stay, there were a few minor issues. the wifi was not the best and the breakfast options could have been more diverse for the price.

Spent new year in a vintage hotel with excellent customer service. the complementary champagne and chocolates in the room were a lovely touch. the hotel is in a prime location, just a few steps away from amazing restaurants and shops. We especially enjoyed taking a nice walk in the beautiful central park nearby.

Our room had a slight musty smell, but it wasn't unbearable. the Wi-Fi was quite weak, but it encouraged us to spend more time together and unplugged.
