The staff, from the cleaners to the managers, were all very friendly and provided excellent service. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and spacious, with comfortable rooms and a relaxing lobby and courtyard area. The breakfast in the atmospheric restaurant was impressive, with a wide selection of delicious food. this hotel offers a great location, excellent service, and a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We were pleasantly surprised by the modern and clean interior of the hotel. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a big bathroom and provided shower gel and shampoo. The hotel's location was superb, only a short 10-15 minute walk to the charming old town of Ortigia. We also enjoyed exploring the nearby Syracusa food market and indulging in the delicious freshly made local street food for only EUR 4. The highlight of our stay was the amazing breakfast, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options that exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Syracuse.
