We definitely got our money's worth at this hotel. The suite was like a home away from home and perfect for our family. The location was amazing and the staff treated us like royalty. a top 10 hotel experience.

The food for breakfast could have been better.

I gotta say, we really got our money's worth at this beautiful, very Venetian hotel. The suite we stayed in was exceptional - spacious, comfy bed, and a traditional vibe. Plus, the staff were super friendly and always ready to help. The bar and terrace were absolutely stunning, perfect for a drink before or after dinner. And the location couldn't have been better - quiet but close to everything we needed. The concierge team was top-notch, giving us great recommendations and going above and beyond to make our stay amazing. Highly recommend this Luxury Collection gem!

Oh, just a small breakfast delight that could've been improved - they charged a "cover" for the table snacks in the bar. It would've been nice if they threw in some complimentary crackers and olives with our cocktails, considering the price we paid to stay here.

The service at the hotel was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff. the hotel is located in a prime location, close to all the main attractions. Additionally, the rooms were beautiful and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and luxurious amenities.

There were a couple of issues that I didn't like. there were no sweets provided with the evening room service, which was a bit disappointing.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly nice and professional, especially the concierges. The room and bathroom were recently renovated and had a great sense of style and comfort. The attention to detail, like the bathroom products, was impressive. The hotel's location was perfect, right by the Canal and close to all the landmarks. It was so convenient to explore this city without having to navigate through a sea of tourists.

I had an incredible stay at The Gritti Palace, a true luxury experience. The staff welcomed me warmly and even had a bottle of champagne and roses waiting in my room. The La Fenice suite was breathtaking, with period furnishings and modern amenities. The oversized soaking tub in the bathroom was a highlight. The attention to detail in the room was outstanding, especially the lavish marble interior of the bathroom. The views from the dining room were absolutely incredible. The staff throughout the hotel were exceptional, providing top-notch service. Private water taxi drop-off was a convenient touch. I highly recommend this hotel for a truly magnificent and luxurious stay.

The lunch at the Michelin-star restaurant on the outdoor patio was a bit underwhelming compared to other dining experiences.

Amazing historic building, great location near main attractions and restaurants. Loved the spacious well-stocked bathroom and comfortable bed. Breakfast was definitely a must-do and service was exceptional, giving a perfect start to our day.

The concierge service wasn't really helpful. We were advised to visit a glass maker in Murano rather than heading to Noventa di Piave for fantastic designer deals.

As backpackers, we loved the fantastic location and the friendly and helpful staff. The public areas and bedrooms were beautiful, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The concierge, Lucas, went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful time, even sourcing sold out tickets for a show. The hotel also offered an amazing boat trip, adding to the overall experience. Highly recommended!

Impressive hotel, delightful canal view terrace for meals/drinks. Old-fashioned European style, excellent staff/service. Perfect location between San Marco and Accademia bridge, with Grand Canal position for terrace dining. Legendary hotel with outstanding staff, warm and friendly. Spectacular interior with art, great restaurant and terrace on Canale Grande. No better place to stay.
