I recently had a fantastic weekend getaway at a spa resort in Tuscany. The spa facilities were excellent, especially the warm thermal swimming pool with multiple jacuzzis. The unique Grotto experience was also remarkable. The staff at the resort were very friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The resort had a good cleaning service, ensuring that everything was kept clean and tidy. Additionally, the resort had beautiful outdoor relaxation areas, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the lovely environment.

There were a few aspects that could be improved. there were not enough signposts to guide guests from the rooms to the spa, grotto, and pool.

Surrounded by a wonderful park, the hotel provides a peaceful atmosphere for relaxation. The rooms are clean and comfortable with spacious bathrooms, and the helpful staff add a personal touch to make guests feel special. The breakfast is delicious and there are plenty of facilities available, such as the thermal bath pool and the restaurant. It is also conveniently located near the beautiful hills of Chianti for further exploration.

The spa could use some renovations and improvements to enhance the overall experience.

The hotel's location allowed for hikes in the beautiful surroundings and offered a cozy, old-fashioned atmosphere with flowers and trees.
