I recently had a fantastic weekend getaway at a spa resort in Tuscany. the spa facilities were excellent, especially the warm thermal swimming pool with multiple jacuzzis. the unique Grotto experience was also remarkable. the staff at the resort were very friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. the resort had a good cleaning service, ensuring that everything was kept clean and tidy. Additionally, the resort had beautiful outdoor relaxation areas, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the lovely environment.

There were a few aspects that could be improved. there were not enough signposts to guide guests from the rooms to the spa, grotto, and pool.

We were impressed with the spacious and well-equipped rooms, as well as the luxurious toiletries provided. the highlight of our stay was definitely the spa, which offered a wide range of treatments and a serene atmosphere. We particularly enjoyed the thermal spa, which we had to ourselves in the evening. the hotel also offered a secluded pool in a beautiful garden, perfect for relaxing. the hotel provided a peaceful and luxurious retreat from the busy city.

The only issue we encountered was during check-out when we were charged extra for treatments due to outdated price lists. Despite this minor inconvenience, it did not overshadow the overall positive experience we had at the hotel.

The prices for snacks were reasonable, too. everything was wonderful, from the comfortable bed to the clean rooms. The historical spa hotel, with over 170 years of quality, provided a wide range of spa treatments, including mud and aroma therapy. The thermal outdoor pool and grotto were divine experiences. The hotel's location allowed for hikes in the beautiful surroundings and offered a cozy, old-fashioned atmosphere with flowers and trees.

Had a fun New Year’s at a hotel spa in Tuscany. the thermal pools and natural caves were cool. the breakfast buffet was extensive and varied. We appreciated the shuttle to nearby sights and the hiking trail.
