Super nice property, well cleaned and equipped. Lovely garden with pool, palm trees, lemon trees, and flowers. Perfect location for a relaxed vacation. Privacy in a non-crowded place. Emilio the owner is great, offering helpful tips. Delicious breakfast with local products and fresh eggs. Excellent service.

We had an amazing stay at this B&B near Lake Como. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore Como, Lecco, and Belagio. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the facilities we needed. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options and freshly baked goods. The host was friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The pool was a great addition, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Although the staff didn't speak English fluently, they were still able to assist us with our needs.

We had an exceptional stay at a beautiful little resort. The owner was the perfect host, making sure every detail was well thought out for our enjoyment. The pool area was well maintained and the rooms were stylishly decorated. The breakfast was delicious, with homemade cakes and fresh fruit. The location was quiet and relaxing, but still close to the main towns at Lake Como. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful vacation experience.

Great location and price for a business stay, close to the city center and easy to find. The breakfast was well-stocked with a variety of yummy options every morning. The staff was courteous and welcoming. They had a good selection of entertainment options in the lobby area.

The rooms were a bit outdated and the beds were not very comfortable, making it difficult to sleep well at night. The air conditioning couldn't keep up and the room was too warm, which added to the discomfort.
