The staff was incredibly helpful and provided great recommendations. Convenient and spacious parking close to the main entrance. The rooms are clean and feel new, with a comfortable double bed. The spa and swimming pool are a nice addition. The hotel is located in a quiet area, making for a peaceful stay.

I had a wonderful experience at this resort tucked away in the midst of nature. The location, surrounded by high mountains, provided a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere. The restaurant inside the resort offered delicious meals with a stunning view of the mountains. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was clean with excellent shower facilities. The staff provided exceptional service, helping with transportation arrangements. The breakfast, although not the freshest, was satisfactory. Furthermore, the resort had a fast WiFi connection.

There were some language barriers as not all the staff members were fluent in English.

The breakfast was good and there were plenty of options to choose from. I also enjoyed the fact that the hotel had its own spa where I could relax during the xmas break. the hotel was located in a convenient location close to many restaurants and shops.

The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. the sheets had stains and there were hairs on the bathroom floor.
