The customer service here is truly exceptional, with the staff taking care of every request and even providing small touches like a welcome gift for my dog. this hotel definitely provides enhanced comfort and quality services for a truly luxurious experience.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome during our stay. the room was modern and had a beautiful view from the balcony. We also enjoyed the nice large beds and the nice shower in the bathroom. the breakfast had plenty of choices, which was a great way to start the day. Additionally, the swimming pool and whirlpool were very nice, and we appreciated the water gymnastics activities in the pool in the morning.

The area around the hotel was not very interesting, with the street being filled with kilometers of hotels and stores selling clothes, toys, and sunscreen. There was not much to do for adults in the evening, as the attractions and acts were mostly focused on children and families.
