Loved using the courtesy bicycles and regularly cycled to the outdoor pool. The rooftop deck was great especially when the sun was setting. Worth paying a little extra for this amazing experience. Overall I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

The hotel had a nice Christmas atmosphere, and the staff gave us complimentary cookies and hot cocoa upon arrival. the location was great, being close to the main shopping district and just a short walk from the main attractions. the room was cozy and had a nice view of the city from the window.

The bathroom was not very clean and had a foul smell. the staff was not very accommodating with our requests, and we had to call multiple times for extra towels and toiletries.

our second visit to verona was made even more enjoyable thanks to accademia - such a wonderful hotel! the staff were lovely, the breakfast was delicious with a great spread, and the location was perfect. our suite even had a patio! a truly comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We loved staying in this hotel! Located right in the heart of the city near countless shops, restaurants, and main tourist attractions, this place could not be more convenient for exploring. The staff were incredibly welcoming and offered a range of services from dry cleaning to car hire, making our stay even more enjoyable. Our room was well equipped with everything we needed, including a comfortable sitting area and a lovely terrace. And despite being in the city centre, our room was impressively soundproofed, allowing us to sleep peacefully at night.

This place is perfect, right in the middle of everything but not in the middle of the throngs of tourists. Many restaurants, shops, and sites are very close by, and as a matter of fact, the main shopping street is just steps away. The location is unbeatable and is at the center of the city where all the attractions are at walking distance. The service here is fantastic, with staff that are particularly polite and helpful, especially when I asked to change rooms. The breakfast at this venue was fantastic, and the staff really enjoyed using the courtesy bicycles and regularly cycled to the outdoor pool.

The in-house facilities, including the lounge area and bar, were a pleasant surprise, with beautiful artwork and welcoming drinks at affordable prices.
