I had a fantastic stay at the Intercontinental in Doral. The check-in process was smooth, and the room was comfortable and nicely decorated. The private lounge on the fifth floor was a great bonus, and the pool was a lot of fun. The location of the hotel was also very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for its great amenities and excellent service.

Although I had a few minor concerns, such as the lack of valet parking and poolside service, these were overshadowed by the overall positive experience. The only downside was the hassle during check-out, but it didn't diminish my overall satisfaction with the stay.

The hotel facilities, including the 25-meter pool, were great for both relaxation and recreation. The rooms were clean, spacious, and provided a comfortable stay. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to major malls and the availability of a free shuttle to shopping locations like Walmart and Dolphin Mall were convenient features. the cleanliness, facilities, location, and staff made my stay exceptional.

I got great value for my money at Intercontinental. The room was spacious, clean, and had comfortable linens. The hotel's location was convenient with easy access to good restaurants. The staff, especially Conrad at the front desk, were welcoming, kind, and provided excellent service.

The waiter Rene and the manager of the dining room provided exceptional service during our stay at Intercontinental. The hotel is clean with a lovely pool area. Despite some minor issues with the bathroom, our overall experience was very good. The staff at the reception desk in the morning were also very helpful.

Moreover, the leisure centre here was fantastic, with a swimming pool and spa facilities such as full body massages and a sun terrace where I could relax after a long day.

I highly recommend upgrading to the business suite, which offers a spacious living area along with a comfortable bed and desk. The room service was top-notch, and I particularly enjoyed the delicious hamburger with sweet potato fries. The breakfast in the room was also impressive, with a generous portion of eggs, bacon, toast, coffee. The hotel's pool is also a great feature for both adults and children to enjoy. I had a wonderful experience and will definitely be returning.

Lovely Stay, Friendly Staff & Great Service. We had a wonderful Easter weekend at this hotel! The reception team gave us a warm welcome. The rooms were perfect, clean, and modern. The hotel is located in a quiet location near the airport, which was convenient for beach trips and visits to the Everglades. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially when we wanted to book trips. We also enjoyed the free parking for our rental car. The pool area was clean and refreshing, although it could use more sun beds. it was a fantastic stay and we would definitely come back!
