We had an absolutely incredible time in this charming hotel on top of a mountain. The view from our room was breathtaking, overlooking lakes in northern Italy. The room was pleasant with a comfortable bed and the bathroom was clean and well-kept. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The breakfast was delicious and we loved the romantic ambiance of the candle-lit terrace for dinner.

The parking was a bit challenging.

I enjoyed walking around and exploring the medieval town of Santa Maria del Monte and the Basilica, which were easily accessible from the hotel. The room I stayed in was very comfortable, and I loved having a balcony where I could relax and take in the picturesque view of Varese below. The breakfast served in the beautiful breakfast room was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The staff was warm and welcoming, providing top-notch service throughout my stay. The hotel truly provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making my experience here unforgettable.

I had the most amazing stay at a romantic hotel in Varese. The location was breathtaking, overlooking Lake Varese, and the room had a stunning view. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep. The staff were friendly and informative, making me feel right at home. The food at the hotel was exceptional, and the dining experience was truly unique and romantic. Despite a few minor inconveniences like a leaking shower and limited parking, my overall experience was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and romantic getaway.

the hotel itself is a beautiful building with a unique 50s charm. the staff were welcoming and attentive, making sure we had a fabulous stay. the room was spacious and the terrace, where we enjoyed breakfast and dinner, provided a wonderfully romantic setting. the location was superb, with breathtaking views from both the room and the restaurant. the restaurant served delicious food, and I highly recommend trying the Elixir. the atmosphere throughout the hotel was warm and inviting, creating a memorable experience.

Guests can enjoy a complimentary minibar and a veranda where they can savor a drink while taking in the stunning scenery. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of options, including eggs and bacon, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

The location was stunning, with breathtaking views of the surrounding hills and lake. the staff were attentive and polite, and our room was full of charm with a lovely sitting area and large windows. Breakfast offered a good selection of fresh fruit, pastries, and deli goodies. the hotel's unique history was also fascinating to learn about from the staff.

Parking was a real hassle, with the distance and logistics making it difficult to come and go as we pleased. the noise from outside the room late at night also made it difficult to sleep at times.

Exceptional period building, magnificent view, friendly staff, excellent candlelit dinner, wonderful atmosphere, lovely breakfast.
