my experience at Vivit S was quite underwhelming, especially when I found tons of human hair on the sheets—gross! the location is nice, but the elevator is painfully slow and inconvenient. i mean, I just expected some complimentary gesture for these inconveniences but got absolutely nothing. I almost thought about giving a good review, but just couldn’t.

The staff were incredibly accommodating, even providing gluten-free bread for breakfast when I mentioned my dietary restrictions.

The location is in a pedestrian-only zone, which can be inconvenient for accessing the hotel after parking. expect a short walk with luggage.

The location makes it easy to explore the

local shops and the vibrant atmosphere of Mestre. The staff were very helpful when I needed assistance with transportation to Venice. Just be cautious about the elevator situation if you're on higher floors—it can be tight! Overall, a great experience.

Consider the attic rooms for their spaciousness, but be mindful of low ceilings if you're over 5'10". Enjoy breakfast, but arrive early to avoid crowds.

Staying right in the hustle of Mestre, I loved brekkie with fresh pastries and eggs—proper mate! But the warm shower pressure was a bit dodgy. Staff were well friendly, made it all easy for us. Would come back for sure, just hope the shower's sorted next time!

the breakfast was 'excellent,' but good luck finding a seat in the cramped room. the air conditioning? kept stopping, and my room felt like a sauna. i sought a complimentary upgrade for my troubles, but i guess that was too much to ask. almost thought about giving a good review, but just couldn't.

the staff helped me buy tram tickets with no hassle. parking can be tricky around here.

Parking access is confusing due to pedestrian-only zones!!! The air conditioning is inconsistent, which can make rooms stifling!!! The bathrooms are small and awkward to use!!! The shower pressure is weak!!!

The location is superb, with lovely eateries and shops just steps away. Quick access to the transit station makes getting around a breeze. The clean, comfy room really made our stay enjoyable.

I could hear the restaurants partying until the wee hours—who needs sleep anyway? Plus, the 'free bikes' turned out to be as real as my promise to never eat pasta again!

but the noise from the square can be kinda loud at night, and the bathroom could use some more cleaning attention.

The location is perfect. with vibrant little shops and an authentic Italian market nearby. Breakfast was outstanding. a large spread including assorted cheeses, meats, croissants, and fresh fruit. Staff offered great transportation advice and provided a detailed map for bus routes to Venice.

The breakfast room can get quite crowded. it would be nice to have more space during peak hours.
