Awesome service from the staff, they went above and beyond to accommodate me, even staying past closing time for my check-in. the location of the hotel was fantastic, very convenient and close to the train station. - the room I stayed in, although tiny, had all the necessary facilities and was clean and cosy. the heating worked well, which was a huge plus during chilly nights.

The drainage in the sink and bidet was slow, which was a bit inconvenient. The hairdryer in my room wasn't functioning properly, but luckily I had brought my own.

the owner, Fiaz, was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Despite the hotel being fully booked, he managed to find me a quieter room to accommodate my sleeping disorder. To my surprise, I was upgraded to a beautiful room as a gift from the hotel. the entire team was friendly and the hotel was spotlessly clean. the complimentary coffee and tea added a hospitable touch, making me feel at home. the location of the hotel was perfect, being close to the train station and all the major sightseeing spots. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely return in the future. Thank you, Fiaz, for creating such a wonderful hotel!

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel is in a great location, close to the train station and within walking distance of all the main attractions.- I particularly enjoyed the comfortable and quiet room provided.

The beds in the room were not very comfortable, as they were metal sprung bases that made noise. The noise from the street could be bothersome, so better windows/shutters would have been appreciated.

We had a fantastic experience staying at Angelica "Stazione Santa Maria Novella" in Florence. the staff was amazing, going above and beyond to help us throughout our stay. They even assisted us with parking and held our bags after check-out. the location was excellent, just a 5-minute walk to the train station and within a 10-15 minute walk to all the major attractions. the air conditioning was top-notch and the building was very secure. Considering the high cost of Florence, the price of the hotel was great.

Great location near the station, perfect for a short stay. The room was tiny but had everything I needed. The manager was surprisingly helpful, despite his wife's constant screaming.

The room was like a creepy horror movie set, with broken lights and exposed wires. The lift was so small, I felt like a sardine.

The room was comfortable, despite not being modern, and had a fan/ac unit to regulate temperature. The bathroom had a detachable showerhead and a blow dryer. One of the best aspects was the possibility to leave luggage throughout the day.

The beds were not as comfortable as expected. However, considering the excellent price of the room, this was a minor inconvenience.
