We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our time here. They even allowed us to leave our bags in storage after checkout. The location was perfect, right across the street from the train station and within a 10-15 minute walk of all the main sites in this city. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a spacious and clean room, a nice garden for breakfast, and a delicious European breakfast with plenty of options to choose from.

Also had a quiet stay in our ground level rooms with a garden view. the breakfast provided was simple, but hearty. the hot chocolate and coffee drinks were a great way to start the day.

The bathrooms were a bit small, especially the toilets. Could have been more spacious.

My recent stay at Hotel Aurora was fantastic! I was in Florence for a short trip and the hotel's location was perfect. It is conveniently situated just across the road from the train station, which made it easy for me to arrive with my luggage. The room itself was spacious and the bathroom appeared to be recently renovated. I was pleased with the breakfast buffet as well. The staff at Hotel Aurora were incredibly friendly and helpful. They assisted me with power converters and offered great recommendations for places to visit and dine in Florence. The garden rooms were a highlight, allowing me to relax on a sunbed in the afternoon. the value, location, and service exceeded my expectations.
