We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our time here. They even allowed us to leave our bags in storage after checkout. The location was perfect, right across the street from the train station and within a 10-15 minute walk of all the main sites in this city. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a spacious and clean room, a nice garden for breakfast, and a delicious European breakfast with plenty of options to choose from.

For us, it was ideal.

Great location! the hotel is conveniently located near the train station and major tourist attractions are within walking distance. Saved so much time and effort. the rooms were cozy and comfortable. Loved the adjustable ceiling lights for the perfect ambiance. Also had a quiet stay in our ground level rooms with a garden view. the breakfast provided was simple, but hearty. the hot chocolate and coffee drinks were a great way to start the day.

The bathrooms were a bit small, especially the toilets. Could have been more spacious.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, right across the street from the main terminal. It's so convenient for exploring the city and getting around. The rooms have modern decor and lighting, and they are quite spacious. I loved having windows that looked out onto the city, it really added to the atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the breakfast in warm weather was good, with a nice selection of breads, croissants, jams.

They assisted me with power converters and offered great recommendations for places to visit and dine in Florence. The garden rooms were a highlight, allowing me to relax on a sunbed in the afternoon. the value, location, and service exceeded my expectations.

I stayed at Hotel Aurora for one night while passing through Florence. The location near the train station was perfect for my travel needs. The hotel exceeded my expectations with its beautiful garden, friendly staff, and well-appointed room. Breakfast in the garden was a delightful experience. I also enjoyed a delicious meal at the recommended trattoria del Oste, with a discount from the hotel. The front desk staff helped me book a memorable Vespa tour in the Chianti hills. I will definitely stay at this hotel again and explore the beautiful city of Florence longer next time.

Where do I even begin with this hidden gem of a hotel? First of all, the location is absolutely fantastic. Being right opposite the central train station, it was incredibly convenient for both exploring Florence and venturing out to other Tuscan destinations. The hotel staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Our room, with a lovely view of the rooftops and a peaceful garden, was spacious and modern, offering plenty of natural light through the two windows. The basic amenities were all there, and the attention to detail in the updated lights, switches, and bathroom fixtures was impressive.

All in all, there was nothing to complain about. Everything exceeded my expectations.

The price was also very reasonable.
