We had a wonderful time during our Christmas stay at this hotel! the breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options that left us very satisfied. the location was perfect as it was just a short walk to the city center and main attractions. the staff was always friendly and willing to help, making us feel welcome and at home.

There were a couple of things we didn't like, such as the lack of a bathtub and the air conditioning blowing warm air on our final day. Despite these minor issues, we still had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a cozy and enjoyable stay.

We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent quality of our stay at Hotel Beatrice. The breakfast selection was impressive, offering not only fruit and cereal but also meat, cheese, and even freshly made boiled eggs upon request. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff were always available and very helpful. In fact, when our flights got cancelled and we had to extend our stay, the staff went above and beyond to assist us. The hotel's location, overlooking Este castle, was a fantastic bonus, and we thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the outside terrace. our experience exceeded expectations and we are already planning to return later this year.

There were a few minor inconveniences during our stay. The socket by the bed was not functioning properly for charging our devices, but we found an alternative solution using the socket in the bathroom.
