We got great value for our money with a cozy room and a balcony overlooking the stunning Sorrento coast. The hotel's location was perfect, close enough to walk to the town center yet far enough to enjoy a peaceful atmosphere. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The breakfast could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

This hotel was a luxurious experience from start to finish. the service was impeccable and exceeded our expectations. the outdoor swimming pool was stunning, with beach access and a sun terrace where we could relax with sun loungers and beach umbrellas. the beauty treatment was top-notch and we appreciated the variety of treatments offered from full body massage to pedicure. We also enjoyed the delicious snacks, drinks, and dining options at the outdoor dining area and poolside snack bar.

The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of entertainment at the venue. this did not make our experience any less wonderful.

the view of the bay of Naples and Vesuvius from our room was breathtaking. We were impressed by the friendly and attentive staff, especially Gianluca, Concetta, Nello, and all the team who made us feel at home. the hotel was always impeccably clean and in a great location. We particularly enjoyed the afternoon drinks on the terrace and the delicious breakfast options. Special thanks to Luca for going above and beyond to assist us when our car was hit in the car park. We highly recommend BelAir for a luxurious and memorable stay in Sorrento.
