The King Room at Hampton Inn was absolutely stunning. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and approachable staff who made me feel right at home. The room itself was clean and smelled great, giving it a very refreshing and comfortable atmosphere. The hot breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including omelets, bacon, sausage, fruit, and more. Although some of the food needed a bit more seasoning, it was still satisfying. My husband couldn't get enough of the pool and rec center, he had a fantastic time enjoying both!

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the low toilets in the rooms causing difficulty for tall individuals with arthritis in the knees, and the breakfast not being up to standard on some occasions, it didn't overshadow the overall positive experience.

The staff was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We were able to get a room on the first floor with a roll-in shower, which was perfect for our needs. The on-site washer and dryer were a great addition, making it easy for us to do laundry during our stay.

We felt so relaxed during our stay that there really wasn't anything to complain about.

The staff was amazing and very friendly. They were always helpful and made us feel welcome. the rooms were beautifully kept and extremely clean.

The walls were a little thin, which made it difficult for my mother-in-law to sleep. We could hear people talking in the hallways and doors opening and closing.

The hotel's location right off the 20 freeway made it incredibly convenient for exploring Dallas, Ft. Worth, and nearby theme parks. The staff was friendly, professional, and very informative. The rooms were beautifully kept, spacious, and always kept chilly. I also loved the ample space and updated look of the hotel. Plus, the hotel's adherence to CDC recommendations for safety made me feel secure during my stay.

I felt very welcomed during my stay and had no reason to complain. The staff, especially Keisha at the front desk, was exceptionally friendly and made me feel welcome right from the start.

The staff was amazing - friendly, energetic, and went above and beyond to fulfill requests. The front desk attendant, Ke Ke, was always welcoming with a smile. The rooms were clean and smelled great. The breakfast scored a 9, with a friendly and available server who had jokes every morning. The manager, Patrick, was welcoming and the breakfast was delicious. Clean room, good location, and warm indoor pool. Highly recommend!
