One drawback mentioned by a guest was the absence of certain amenities in their room, such as a balcony and a bath.

Location is perfect with easy access to the ski slopes. The service here is outstanding, with room service, housekeeping, and a free shuttle service available. The hotel also offers amenities like a spa and wellness center, indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. The staff are friendly and attentive, making my stay enjoyable.

The breakfast buffet was decent although not amazing, and they had free Wi-Fi which is always a plus. the location was great, just a short walk to the ski lift and close to some good restaurants. the staff were friendly and helpful which made the stay enjoyable.

Our room was not what we were expecting, especially for the price we paid. It was small and cramped, and the bed was uncomfortable.
