The room was small but clean with tea and coffee facilities, a safe, and a large bed. The location was great, close to the main station and major sights. The breakfast had a good selection, though could use more fresh fruit. The staff were lovely and helpful.

During my recent stay at Hotel Caravaggio, I was greeted with a warm welcome and genuine hospitality. The front desk attendant was incredibly helpful, answering all of my questions and providing valuable recommendations for restaurants, nearby ATMs, and even a tour guide for Florence. It was such a relief to have someone knowledgeable to rely on.

Although I experienced a bit of noise from the outside and felt that the room could have been warmer even with the air conditioning on, those were minor inconveniences compared to the overall positive experience.

I had a fantastic time at Hotel Caravaggio. The staff were super friendly, making the lobby feel like a cozy living room. The hotel's location was perfect for sightseeing, being within walking distance of major attractions and the train station. One memorable moment was when I asked a question about trains, and the lady at the front desk immediately went online to find the best travel options for me. She even called a coach company on my behalf without me having to ask. The personalized service and attention to detail truly made my stay at Caravaggio exceptional.

A pleasant surprise

We had a great time at this hotel. The walls were surprisingly soundproof, and we slept like babies every night. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.
