The facilities at this hotel were great for the price. the staff were friendly and efficient, and the rooms were clean and spacious. I really appreciated the kitchenette in the room, as well as the working windows that could be opened for some fresh air. the location was also a key advantage, with many shops and restaurants nearby. Plus, the air conditioning worked well and the beds were very comfortable.

There were a few negative aspects to consider. the cleaning service was not the best, as they only provided towels and did minimal cleaning.

The double bedroom was awesome, with a desk, small TV, microwave oven, and refrigerator. The staff were courteous and attentive, and the location was not too far from downtown.

The cleanliness of the property was exceptional, although there were some carpet stains in the corridors. The staff were professional and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. Having an on-site Subway restaurant was a convenient and healthy option. Additionally, the parking situation worked out well, with ample parking available.

Despite some drawbacks, my Christmas stay at this place did have a few positive aspects. the spacious rooms were a nice surprise. the two-bedroom setup provided ample room for my family, and the addition of a fridge was convenient for storing snacks and drinks. the location was a major advantage. It offered easy access to both downtown and other attractions, making it convenient for exploring the city. Lastly, the friendly personnel were quite helpful, providing information and assistance whenever needed.

I must admit that there were several aspects that left a lot to be desired. the absence of plates, glasses, cups, and spoons made it difficult to enjoy meals in the room.

The view from the back field, overlooking the soccer field, is quite pleasant. The staff is friendly and attentive, always ensuring that our needs are met. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with a small kitchenette and necessary amenities. The free coffee and fruits provided are a nice touch before heading out to explore.

The beds could be more comfortable, which may affect the quality of sleep.

As a tourist, I absolutely loved the spaciousness of the apartment, with 2 bedrooms providing privacy for everyone. The kitchen/diner was reasonable and the view from our bedrooms overlooking the conifer tree was lovely. The onsite shop was a convenient advantage. The location was great, just minutes away from a bus stop with direct connections to Finch Station.

our recent stay in toronto was made even more memorable by our experience at residence & conference centre. the rooms were clean, well-kept, and had all the necessary amenities for our family. the kitchenette was a bonus, allowing us to cook our own meals. the nearby subway and easy access to public transit were also convenient. we were pleasantly surprised by the affordable price for such a quality stay.

Elevator cleanliness was lacking.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right next to highway 404 and close to bus stations. It was very convenient for exploring the city and getting around. The onsite shop was also a great convenience, making it easy to grab any essentials we needed during our stay.

There were some minor issues with the breakfast options. While it was nice to have breads, bagels, cereals, and juice, they ran out of fruit quickly.
