They even offered to change my room the next day, which was a relief. Despite this minor inconvenience, I found the room clean and comfortable, and the staff's attitude towards resolving the issue was commendable. The hotel is conveniently located near tram stations, making it easy to access the city center. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend Hotel Careggi to others.

Had a great Christmas stay at a small budget hotel with really helpful staff. The location was just a few minutes away from the tram stop, which made it easy to get to the city center. Loved the fact that the hotel had a good wifi connection, which helped me stay connected with my loved ones during the holidays. Another great feature was the availability of a water heater that helped me warm up milk for my baby quickly and efficiently.

The hotel could benefit from some renovation as the furniture in the rooms was quite basic and the rooms themselves were quite dark and depressing. , the soundproofing was not great and I was asked to be mindful of my noise levels as the people in the room below had complained.
