During my stay at Hotel Careggi, I had an issue with the lock on my room door. It took me quite a few minutes to figure out the knack, but the staff were patient and helpful in assisting me. They even offered to change my room the next day, which was a relief. Despite this minor inconvenience, I found the room clean and comfortable, and the staff's attitude towards resolving the issue was commendable. The hotel is conveniently located near tram stations, making it easy to access the city center. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend Hotel Careggi to others.

This hotel just outside the city center was a great find! It offered excellent value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location was ideal, as it was close to the Firenze Rifredi train station and a tram station, making it easy to explore Florence's attractions. The staff provided friendly service and the basic amenities in the rooms were just what I needed. Not to mention, the air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping me cool during the warm days. I was pleasantly surprised to find that my room had a spacious bathroom and even a balcony, where I enjoyed some fresh air and lovely views.

Had a great Christmas stay at a small budget hotel with really helpful staff. the location was just a few minutes away from the tram stop, which made it easy to get to the city center. Loved the fact that the hotel had a good wifi connection, which helped me stay connected with my loved ones during the holidays. Another great feature was the availability of a water heater that helped me warm up milk for my baby quickly and efficiently.

The hotel could benefit from some renovation as the furniture in the rooms was quite basic and the rooms themselves were quite dark and depressing. the soundproofing was not great and I was asked to be mindful of my noise levels as the people in the room below had complained.
