The hotel's location is excellent, as it is near the railway station for easy access to the Cinque Terre and also close to the charming center of Levanto where you can find a lot of good restaurants. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, providing a modern and pleasant stay. Additionally, the breakfast offered a variety of options including fresh fruit, breads, cheese, bacon, ham.

All aspects of the stay were satisfactory.

Carla at the reception desk was incredibly helpful and personable. She greeted us with a warm smile and offered us cappuccino and cookies as we checked in. The hotel's decor is modern and the rooms are spacious with a great rainfall shower head. The location is perfect, just a ten-minute stroll to the train station and a ten-minute ride to the beautiful Cinque Terre. Away from the tourist crowds, it provided a peaceful and relaxing stay. The staff, including Patrizia and Laura, were friendly and always made an effort to chat with the guests. We also enjoyed the reduced rates for the private beach and pool, as well as the free bike hire to explore the charming Framura. The breakfast was delicious, and we loved the garden to unwind with a drink in the evening. our stay at Hotel Carla was wonderful, thanks to the amazing staff, comfortable accommodations, and convenient location.

Excellent base for visiting Cinque Terre. The staff at Carla were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I had a room on the top floor with a balcony and a lovely sea view. The breakfast area was calm and provided a great start to my daily hikes. I also enjoyed borrowing the hotel's free bikes to explore Bonassola and Framura. I had a wonderful week at Carla and would highly recommend it for a visit to Cinque Terre.

The hotel had a great location, just a short walk to the waterfront area and close to the train station for easy access to the Cinque Terre region. the staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and friendly, providing us with lots of information about the area and giving great recommendations. Moreover, the room was clean and spacious, and we enjoyed the small balcony where we could relax with a glass of wine.

One minor downside was that our room did not have a view of the garden or street, but it overlooked a building instead. Additionally, we would have liked a TV guide and a face cloth in the room.

The hotel's location is perfect for backpackers, as it is close to both the beach and the train station. The friendly staff made us feel welcome and were very helpful. The hotel offers free rental bikes, which is a great way to explore the area. Additionally, the cleaning staff respected our choice to hang and reuse towels.
