The staff went above and beyond to ensure a happy stay. Great central location away from the crowds. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing stay at a friendly and typical Venetian hotel near St Mark's square. The location was perfect, tucked away in a hidden alley over a small bridge, with a view of the canal. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful. The breakfast on the terrace was a delightful start to the day.

The room did not have air conditioning, so it got a bit stuffy and hot at times.

Our Thanksgiving stay at a certain hotel in an unbeatable location near the main square was fantastic. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and even offered us complimentary drinks upon arrival. The terrace was beautiful and private, a great way to escape the city noise and relax. the breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

There were a few drawbacks to our stay. The bathroom was not as clean as we would have liked, and the internet connection was slow.
